Dry Fruits to eat regularly to stay fit


  • Kharik (Dates)
  • Fard (Dates)
  • Almonds
  • Cashew
  • Green Kismis
  • Black Kismis (Black raisins)
  • Apricots (can be soaked in water)
  • Figs (Anjeer)
  • Munaka (Soaked in water overnight)
  • Pista (avoid salted)
  • Dry Amla Candy  (Patanjali)
